全程质控管理对医院消毒供应室医疗器械消毒灭菌效果及工作质量的影响

摘要
目的 探析全程质控管理对医院消毒供应室医疗器械消毒灭菌效果及工作质量的影响.方法 随机选取就职于医院消毒供应室的 200 例医护人员,选取时间为 2023 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月,在此期间,共进行医疗器械消毒灭菌工作 2000 次.采用随机数字表法分组对医护人员及消毒灭菌工作进行分组,常规组 100 例医务人员、1000 次医疗器械消毒灭菌工作,给予常规管理;研究组 100 例医务人员、1000 次医疗器械消毒灭菌,给予全程质控管理.对比两组医疗器械消毒灭菌效果、医疗事故发生情况、护理工作质量及临床满意度.结果 研究组医疗器械回收合格率、清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率及发放合格率均高于常规组,P<0.05.研究组湿包及院内感染发生率均低于常规组,P<0.05.研究组医护人员医疗器械供给及时效率、安全识别水平及差错防范能力评分均高于常规组,P<0.05.研究组临床工作满意度明显高于常规组,P<0.05.结论 全程质控管理在医院消毒供应室医疗器械消毒灭菌中应用效果显著,可提高医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率,降低医疗事故发生率,提升护理工作质量与临床工作满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To Objective to explore the influence of total quality control management on the disinfection and steri-lization effect and work quality of medical devices in hospital disinfection supply room.Methods:200 medical staff working in the hospital disinfection supply room were randomly selected from January 2023 to December 2023.During this period,medical instruments were disinfected and sterilized for 2000 times.The medical staff and disinfection and sterilization work were grouped by random number table method.100 medical staff and 1000 times of disinfection and sterilization work of medical devices were given routine management in the routine group.In the research group,100 medical staff and 1000 times of disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments were given full quality control management.The disinfection and sterilization effect of medical devices、the occurrence of medical accidents、the quality of nursing work and clinical satis-faction were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of medical devices recovery、cleaning、steriliza-tion、packaging and distribution in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,P<0.05.The incidence of wet bag and nosocomial infection in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,P<0.05.The timely effi-ciency of medical equipment supply、safety identification level and error prevention ability of medical staff in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,P<0.05.The clinical job satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of whole-process quality control management in disinfection and sterilization of medical devices in hospital disinfection and supply room is effective,which can improve the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of medical devices,reduce the incidence of medical accidents,and improve the quality of nursing work and clinical satisfaction.
