病理专业住院医师规范化培训实践中的体会和思考

摘要
病理诊断被认为是临床诊断中的"金标准",在医院临床工作中具有重要地位.这就对病理医师的培养提出更高、更严格的要求.结合医院病理科实际情况和规培医师的特点,本文介绍培训中所采取的一些教学理念和培养计划,提出从培养规培学员的良好工作习惯和高度责任心开始,采用以案例讨论为主的专题讲座和数字化病理切片阅片强化和巩固病理实践内容,采取多种教学方法相结合的方式,提高教学效果,得出多种教学方法和先进教学设备的配合应用有利于提高病理规培学员的综合能力.
Abstract
Pathological diagnosis is considered the"gold standard",and plays a crucial role in hospital clinical work.Therefore,higher and stricter requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of pathologists;Based on the actual situation of our pathology department and the characteristics of trained physicians,introduce some teaching concepts and training plans adopted in the training;Starting from cultivating good work habits and a high sense of responsibility among trainees,it is proposed to use case discussions as the main topic lectures and digital pathologi-cal slice reading to strengthen and consolidate pathological practice content,and to combine multiple teaching meth-ods to improve teaching effectiveness.Finally,it is concluded that the combination of multiple teaching methods and advanced teaching equipment is helpful in improving the comprehensive abilities of pathological training students.
