摘要
目的 观察分析探讨精细化、数字化、科学化路径管理对家庭医生签约服务高质量发展的影响.方法 以2022 年 12 月至 2024 年 1 月北京市海淀区上庄镇社区卫生服务中心工作的 30 名家庭医生团队为研究对象,按照精细化、数字化、科学化管理路径的实施时间,将 2022 年 12 月至 2023 年 6 月期间实施常规模式管理的家庭医生团队设为管理前组,将 2023 年 7 月至 2024 年 1 月期间实施精细化、数字化、科学化路径管理的家庭医生团队设为管理后组.对比两组家庭医生服务对应率及签约服务质量.结果 管理后组签约覆盖率及就诊流向率均高于管理前组,P<0.05.管理后组签约服务质量各维度得分均高于管理前组,P<0.05.结论 在家庭医生签约服务中开展精细化、数字化、科学化路径管理可有效提高其服务对应率,促进签约服务的高质量发展.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of refined、digital and scientific path management on the high-quality development of family doctor contract service.Methods:From December 2022 to January 2024,a team of 30 family doctors working in the community health service center of Shangzhuang Town Haidian District Beijing was taken as the research object.According to the implementation time of refined、digital and scientific management path,the family doctors who implemented conventional mode management from December 2022 to June 2023 were set as the pre-management group,and the family doctors who implemented refined、digital and scientific path management from July 2023 to January 2024 were set as the post-management group.Results:The coverage rate of contract signing and the flow rate of visits in the post management group were higher than those in the pre management group,P<0.05;The scores for all dimensions of service quality in the contracted group after management were higher than those in the pre management group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Fine、digital and scientific path management in family doctor contract service can effectively improve the correspondence rate of family doctor service and promote the high-quality develop-ment of contract service.
