摘要

目的 观察分析知信行健康教育模式在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果.方法 选取苏州市相城人民医院2020 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月收治的 82 例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为研究组与参照组,各 41 例.参照组应用常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用知信行健康教育模式.对比两组疾病认知程度、护理满意度与自我管理能力.结果 护理前,两组认知程度评分对比,P>0.05;护理后,研究组疾病认知程度评分明显高于参照组,P<0.05.研究组护理满意度明显比参照组高,P<0.05.研究组遵医服药、合理饮食、作息规律、加强锻炼、定期复查率均明显高于参照组,P<0.05.结论 对急性胰腺炎患者运用知信行健康教育模式可增加其对疾病的认知,提高其自我管理能力和护理满意度.

Abstract

Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of knowledge attitude and practice health education model in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:Eighty-two patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Xiangcheng People's Hospital in Suzhou from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into study group and ref-erence group,41 cases in each group.The reference group applied routine nursing,and the research group applied the knowledge,attitude and practice health education model on this basis.The degree of disease cognition、nursing satisfac-tion and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,the cognitive scores of the two groups were compared,P>0.05:After nursing,the score of disease cognition in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.The rate of taking medicine according to the doctor,reasona-ble diet,regular work and rest,strengthening exercise and regular review in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Applying KAP health education model to patients with acute pancreatitis can increase their knowledge of the disease,improve their self-management ability and nursing satisfac-tion.
