摘要
心脏骤停(cardiac arrest,CA)是全球性的重大卫生问题,具有发病突然、病情凶险及病死率高的特点.在发病后的第一时间内采取科学、高效的心肺复苏措施,能有效改善CA患者的预后.心肺复苏的关键内容是通过高质量的胸外心脏按压,提供基本的循环支持,包括人工按压和机械按压两类.机械胸外按压较人工按压能提供稳定的按压质量,在CA患者的救治中具有较好的应用前景.本文对机械胸外按压装置在成人心肺复苏中的应用进展进行综述.
Abstract
Cardiac arrest(CA)is a major global health problem with the characteristics of sudden onset、dangerous condition and high mortality.Taking scientific and efficient cardiopulmonary resuscitation measures in the first time after onset can effectively improve the prognosis of CA patients.The key content of cardiopulmonary resuscitation is to provide basic circulatory support through high-quality chest compressions,including manual compressions and mechanical compressions.Compared with manual compression,mechanical chest compression can provide stable compression quality and has a good application prospect in the treatment of patients with cardiac arrest.This paper reviews the application progress of mechanical chest compression device in adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
