Comparison of Clinical Effects of Ibrahimovic Park Jung Su and Electric Cardioversion in Radiofrequency Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Ibrahimovic Park Jung Su and traditional cardioversion in ra-diofrequency ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,80 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation from January 2022 to March 2024 in the Department of Cardiology,Liuzhou Workers'Hospital were selected, and they were divided into drug cardio-version group using Ibuprofen and electric cardioversion group using 150-200J bidirectional cardioversion, with 40 patients in each group. The success rate and adverse reactions of cardioversion were compared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of cardioversion between the two groups was higher in electric cardioversion group than in drug cardioversion group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during card-ioversion was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Compared with Ibrahimovic-Park Jung Su cardioversion, the tradi-tional cardioversion has a higher success rate for patients with persistent atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation, but there is no significant difference between them in causing adverse reactions.
