消渴方联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨消渴方联合二甲双胍治疗 2 型糖尿病患者的临床疗效.方法 选择淮安市楚州中医院肾病内分泌科 2021 年 12 月至 2023 年 12 月收治的 2 型糖尿病患者 80 例,按照随机方式分为各 40 例的两组,对照组二甲双胍治疗,观察组再加消渴方治疗.对比两组临床疗效、血糖水平、中医证候积分与不良反应.结果 观察组总疗效率92.50%,较对照组 75.00%高,P<0.05.两组治疗前空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白相比,P>0.05;两组治疗后血糖指标对比,观察组均低于对照组,P<0.05.两组治疗前中医证候积分对比,P>0.05;两组治疗后多食易饥、口渴喜饮、五心烦热、气短懒言积分对比,观察组积分均明显更低,P<0.05.两组不良反应发生率对比,P>0.05.结论 消渴方联合二甲双胍治疗 2 型糖尿病的效果可靠,能提高血糖控制效果,改善患者症状,且不良反应少.
Abstract
Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of thirst-quenching formula combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Eighty cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Nephrology and Endocrinology Department of Huai'an Chuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from De-cember 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each,with metformin treatment in the control group and thirst-quenching formula in the observation group.The clinical efficacy,blood sugar level、TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficacy rate of the observation group was 92.50 per cent,which was higher than that of the control group,75.00 per cent,p<0.05.Compared with fasting blood glucose before treatment、2 h blood glucose level after meal and glycosylated he-moglobin in the two groups,P>0.05;Comparison of blood glucose indicators after treatment of the two groups,the observation group are lower than the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the scores of TCMsyndromes in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Xiaoke recipe combined with metformin is effective in treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can effectively control blood sugar level and improve patients'symptoms with few adverse reactions.
