中药泡脚联合白脉软膏治疗胼胝鸡眼的临床疗效
Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Soaking Combined with Baimai Ointment in the Treatment of Callose Corns

摘要
目的 探讨分析中药泡脚联合白脉软膏治疗胼胝鸡眼的临床疗效.方法 选择 2020 年 10 月至 2022 年 12 月江苏省南京市江宁中医院中医皮肤科收治的 80 例胼胝鸡眼患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各 40例.对照组采用温水泡脚联合外用他扎罗汀凝胶治疗,研究组采用中药泡脚联合白脉软膏治疗.对比两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、症状缓解时间和随访复发率.结果 研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05.研究组治疗后1 周、2 周、3 周、4 周,VAS 评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05.研究组各项症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05.研究组随访复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对胼胝鸡眼患者采用中药泡脚联合白脉软膏治疗可提高临床疗效,快速缓解症状,减轻疼痛,降低复发风险.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot-soaking com-bined with Baimai ointment on callose corns.Methods:From October 2020 to December 2022,80 patients with cal-luses were selected from the Department of Dermatology,Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nan-jing City Jiangsu Province,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm water foot bath combined with topical tazarotene gel,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Baimai ointment.The clinical ef-ficacy、pain score、symptom relief time and follow-up recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.After 1 week、2 weeks、3 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores in the study group were significantly low-er than those in the control group,P<0.05.The remission time of each symptom in the study group was signifi-cantly shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating the patients with callose corns by soaking feet with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Baimai ointment can improve the clinical efficacy,quickly relieve symptoms,relieve pain and reduce the risk of recurrence.
