摘要
目的 分析药房药物咨询服务对患者合理用药的影响.方法 选取 92 例红安县人民医院收治用药治疗患者,纳入时间为 2023 年 1-12 月,随机分为两组,对照组(n=46)行常规用药服务,观察组(n=46)行药房药物咨询服务.对比两组患者不合理用药率、不良反应发生率、服药依从性及满意度.结果 干预后,观察组不合理用药率、不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组服药依从率、满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 药物咨询服务在提高患者合理用药率及服药依从性方面具有显著效果,根据咨询指导有效避免药物不良反应的的发生,并提高满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of drug consultation service in pharmacy on patients'rational drug use.Methods:Ninety-two patients admitted to Hong'an County People's Hospital for drug treatment were randomly di-vided into two groups from January to December 2023.The control group(n=46)received routine drug service,while the observation group(n=46)received pharmacy drug consultation service.The rate of irrational drug use、incidence of adverse reactions、drug compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Af-ter the intervention,the irrational drug use rate and adverse reaction rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of medication compliance and satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Drug counseling services have sig-nificant effects in improving patients'rational drug use rate and drug compliance,effectively avoiding adverse drug reactions according to counseling guidance,and improving satisfaction.
