Comparison of Total Areola Approach And Oral Vestibular Approach in Endoscopic Thyroid Surgery
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of total areola approach and oral vestibular approach in endoscopic thyroid surgery. Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023110 female patients with thyroid microcarcinoma who underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy in anorectal surgery of nail breast hernia in Beijing Fengtai Hospital were di-vided into two groups according to different surgical approaches. The routine group 60 cases, was operated through to-tal areola approach. In the study group 50 cases, were operated by oral vestibular approach. The surgical indexes,post-operative pain、biochemical indexes、clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The blood loss, operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were less than those in the routine group,P<0.05.The VAS scores of the study group at 2 h、24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the routine group,P<0.05.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate、white blood cell count and C-reactive pro-tein level of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.The clinical total effective rate and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of oral vestibular approach in endoscopic thyroid surgery is better than that of total areola approach, with shorter operation time, lower postoperative pain and good safety.
