Analysis of the Efficacy of Renal Failure Formula Plus Reduction in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure
Objective:Toexplore the clinical effect of Shenshuai recipe on chronic renal failure.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2023,78 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Chuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine in Huai'an City were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=39)was given routine treatment,while the observation group(n=39)was also treated with Shenshuai recipe.The clini-cal efficacy、TCM syndrome score、renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the scores of TCMsymptoms in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment,the scores of backache、weakness of knees、shortness of breath、laziness in speaking、edema all over the body and eating less and taking less food in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the renal function indexes of Scr、BUN and Ccr were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while Ccr was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of chronic renal failure with Shenshuai recipe is ef-fective,can improve clinical symptoms and renal function,and has high safety.
