Effect of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Training on Limb And Cardiopulmonary Function Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients
Objective:To analyze the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on limb function and cardiopulmo-nary function in stroke patients. Methods:A total of 216 patients with stroke treated from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and grouped by random numbers table, with 108 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group was combined with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on this basis.Compared the limb function, daily living ability, lung function and cardiac function before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,BBS,upper limb FMAS,lower limb FMAS and ADL scores in observation group were higher than control group,P<0.05;FVC,FEV 1 and FEV 1/FVC in observation group were greater than control group,P<0.05;LVEF in observation group was higher than control group,LVEDD was shorter than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively improve the limb function, enhance the cardiopulmonary function, and improve their daily living ability.
