摘要

目的 探讨分析心肺康复训练对脑卒中患者肢体功能及心肺功能康复效果的影响.方法 选取江苏省扬州市中医院于 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月接受治疗的患有脑卒中的 216 例患者,用随机数字表法分组,各 108例.对照组用常规综合康复治疗,观察组在此基础上联合心肺康复训练.比较两组治疗前后肢体功能、日常生活能力、肺功能与心功能.结果 经过治疗,观察组BBS、上肢FMAS、下肢FMAS及ADL评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组 FVC、FEV1 及 FEV1/FVC均大于对照组,P<0.05;观察组 LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD 短于对照组,P<0.05.结论 心肺康复训练可有效改善脑卒中患者肢体功能,增强患者心肺功能,并提升患者日常生活能力.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on limb function and cardiopulmo-nary function in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 216 patients with stroke treated from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and grouped by random numbers table,with 108 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was combined with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training on this basis.Compared the limb function,daily living ability,lung function and cardiac function before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,BBS,upper limb FMAS,lower limb FMAS and ADL scores in observation group were higher than control group,P<0.05;FVC,FEV 1 and FEV 1/FVC in observation group were greater than control group,P<0.05;LVEF in observation group was higher than control group,LVEDD was shorter than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively improve the limb function,enhance the cardiopulmonary function,and improve their daily living ability.
