Feasibility And Clinical Effect Analysis of Endoscopic Resection of Breast Benign Tumor by Single-hole Inflatable Via Axillary Approach
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic resection of breast benign tumor with sin-gle-hole inflatable via axillary approach. Methods:The clinical data of 20 patients with breast benign tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. After admission, they were all treated by single-hole endoscopic resection via axillary approach, and the operation situation and clinical effect were analyzed. Results:All the 20 patients completed the operation, and 47 tumors were removed, with an average of(2.0±1.1)tumors per patient. The average operation time of unilateral breast was(66.5±3.1)min,and that of bilateral breast was(110.7±6.8)min.The average time for resection of a single tumor in the medial quadrant was shorter than that in the lateral quadrant,P<0.05.The resection time of single tumor in patients with tumor diameter>5.0 cm was shorter than that in patients withtumor diameter≤5.0 cm,P<0.05.Therewereno complications suchas infection and bleeding after operation.Follow-up for 3 months after operation showed no recurrence. All 20 patients were satisfied with the surgical effect, and the treatment satisfaction rate was 100%.Conclusion:Single-port endo-scopic resection via axillary approach is effective in the treatment of benign breast tumors, which not only can com-pletely remove the tumor focus, but also has high safety and aesthetics.
