合理用药宣教对社区老年慢性病患者用药情况的影响

摘要
目的 观察分析合理用药宣教对社区老年慢性病患者用药情况的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12月期间成都市金牛区天回社区卫生服务中心管理的 100 例社区老年慢性病患者为研究对象.将患者随机分为两组,每组 50 例.对照组采取常规宣教,实验组应用合理用药宣教.对比两组患者合理用药认知度、用药依从性.结果 经过干预,试验组服药种类宜少不宜多、定期输注中药注射液保健是不必要的、用药应当个体化评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05.实验组未按疗程服药、病情好转后停药、漏服后不予处理、不遵医嘱换药、漏服后加倍剂量补服评分均高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 合理用药宣教应用于社区老年慢性病患者中有助于提高患者对合理用药的认知度,提升整体用药依从性.
Abstract
Objective:To Objective to observe and analyze the influence of rational drug use education on the drug use of elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022100 eld-erly patients with chronic diseases in the community managed by Tianhui Community Health Service Center in jin-niu district,Chengdu were selected as the research objects.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education,while the experimental group was given rational drug education.The cognition and compliance of rational drug use were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the types of medication in the experimental group should be less than more、regular infusion of tradi-tional Chinese medicine injection for health care is unnecessary and the scores of individualized medication should be significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The experimental group did not take the medicine ac-cording to the course of treatment、stopped taking the medicine after the condition improved、did not deal with it af-ter missing the medicine、did not change the medicine according to the doctor's advice、and doubled the dose after missing the medicine,all of which were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of ra-tional drug use education to the elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community is helpful to improve their awareness of rational drug use and the overall drug compliance.
