中药穴位贴敷护理在老年肺癌根治术患者中的应用及对胃肠功能恢复与炎症因子的影响

摘要
目的 探讨中药穴位贴敷护理在老年肺癌根治术患者中的应用及对胃肠功能恢复与炎症因子的影响.方法 选择 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月于上海中医药大学附属龙华医院行肺癌根治术治疗的老年肺癌者 92 例,以随机方法分组.对照组 46 例,给予常规护理;观察组 46 例,在此基础上给予中药穴位贴敷护理.对比两组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、炎症因子水平、生活质量.结果 较之对照组,观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间均更短,P<0.05.护理前,两组炎症因子水平对比,P>0.05;观察组护理后炎症因子水平均低于对照组,P<0.05.护理前两组 EORTC QLQ-C30 评分对比,P>0.05;护理后观察组 EORTC QLQ-C30 评分高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 将中药穴位贴敷护理应用于老年肺癌根治术患者中可加快其术后胃肠功能的恢复,减轻患者炎症反应,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To Objective to explore the application of acupoint application nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer and its influence on gastrointestinal function recovery and inflammatory factors.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,92 elderly patients with lung cancer who underwent radical lung cancer treatment in Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.46 cases in the control group were given routine care;46 cases in the observation group were given acupoint application nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function、the level of inflammatory factors and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of gastrointes-tinal function in the observation group was shorter,P<0.05.Before nursing,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after nursing,P<0.05.The comparison of EORTC QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,the EORTC QLQ-C30 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Applying acupoint application nursing of traditional Chinese medicine to elderly patients with lung cancer after radical operation can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients and improve the quality of life.
