基于胸痛中心模式的护理路径对急性心肌梗死行PCI患者救治效果的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于胸痛中心模式的护理路径对急性心肌梗死行PCI治疗患者救治效果的影响.方法 选择 2022年 1 月至 2023 年 10 月涟水县人民医院救治的急性心肌梗死患者 206 例,以随机数表法分为各 103 例的对照组与观察组,前组常规急诊护理路径,后组开展基于胸痛中心模式的护理路径.比较两组在急救各环节时间、手术情况、心功能和并发症方面的差异.结果 观察组各急救环节时间均较对照组更短,P<0.05.观察组门-球囊时间、穿刺球囊时间和首次医疗接触-球囊时间均短于对照组,P<0.05.观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对行 PCI 治疗的急性心肌梗死患者采用基于胸痛中心模式的护理路径,能缩短患者急诊救治与手术治疗时间,降低并发症发生率,从而有利于促进患者心功能的恢复.
Abstract
Objective:Exploring the impact of a care pathway based on the chest pain centre model on the outcome of patients treated with PCI for acute myocardial infarction.Methods:206 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients treated in Lianshui County People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into 103 cases each of the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with the former group in the routine emergency care pathway,and the latter group carrying out the care pathway based on the chest pain centre model.The differences between the two groups in the time of first aid、operation、cardiac function and complications were compared.Results:Compared with the control group、the observation group had shorter diagnosis time、first electrocardiogram time、venous access establishment time、troponin result time、catheter room activation time and emergency stay time,P<0.05.The observation group's door-balloon time、balloon puncture time and first medical contact-balloon time were shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05.The complica-tion rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Using the nursing path based on chest pain center model for patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI can obviously simpli-fy the treatment process,shorten the treatment time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and thus help to promote the recovery of patients'cardiac function.
