摘要
目的 观察分析信息-动机-行为护理对精神分裂症患者认知功能和日常生活能力的影响.方法 选取 2022年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月期间江苏省扬州五台山医院收治的 138 例精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(69 例)和观察组(69 例),分别接受常规护理和信息-动机-行为护理.对比两组患者自我管理能力、认知功能和日常生活能力.结果 护理后,观察组服药依从、药物管理、精神症状管理及自我效能评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组MoCA及ADL评分均高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对精神分裂症患者采取基于信息-动机-行为理念的护理模式优势显著,能有效改善患者认知功能和日常生活能力,提高患者自我管理能力.
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of information-motivation-behavior nursing on cognitive func-tion and daily living ability of schizophrenia patients.Methods:138 schizophrenic patients admitted to Wutaishan Hospital in Yangzhou,Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group(69 cases)and observation group(69 cases),and received routine care and information-motivation-behavior care respectively.The self-management ability,cognitive function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the medication compliance、drug management、mental symptom management and self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The scores of MoCA and ADL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The nursing mode based on the concept of information-motivation-behavior has obvious advantages,which can effectively improve patients'cognitive function and daily life ability,and im-prove patients'self-management ability.
