视频监控应用于血液净化中心护理管理中的效果探讨

目的 探讨分析视频监控应用于血液净化中心护理管理中的效果.方法 从 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 2 月南京同仁医院血液净化中心护理人员中抽选 60 名,为对照组,采取常规护理管理;从 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月医院血液净化中心护理人员中抽选 60 名,为实验组,采取视频监控护理管理.对比两组护理管理质量、护理不良事件发生率及患者满意度.结果 实验组药品管理、病区管理制度、查对制度、交接班制度、护理操作规范、无菌操作、医嘱执行、护理安全管理、消毒隔离制度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组脱针、出血、感染等护理不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在血液净化中心护理管理中应用视频监控可及时发现护理问题,从而更好地完成护理管理工作,预防护理不良事件发生,提升血液净化中心护理质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of video monitoring in nursing management of blood purifica-tion center.Methods:From February 2021 to February 2022,60 nurses in the blood purification center of Nanjing Tongren Hospital were selected as the control group,and routine nursing management was adopted.From March 2022 to March 2023,60 nurses in the blood purification center of the hospital were selected as the experimental group,and video monitoring nursing management was adopted.The quality of nursing management,the incidence of nursing adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of drug management、ward management system、check-up system、handover system、nursing operation standard、aseptic operation、doctor's advice execution、nursing safety management and disinfection and isolation system in the experi-mental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of video mo-nitoring in the nursing management of blood purification center can find the nursing problems in time,so as to bet-ter complete the nursing management,prevent the occurrence of nursing adverse events,improve the nursing quality of blood purification center and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
