The Impact of Early Enteral And Parenteral Nutrition Support Nursing on Postoperative Nutritional Status And Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Colorectal Cancer
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support nursing on postoperative nutritional status and rehabilitation of elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Huai'an from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived early parenteral nutrition support nursing,while the research group received early parenteral nutrition support nursing.Nursing satisfaction、nutritional status、weight at different stages and rehabilitation time were com-pared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the con-trol group,P<0.05.After the intervention,compared with the control group,the levels of PAB、ALB、TRF and STP in the study group were higher,P<0.05.After intervention for 3 h and 6 h,the body weight of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the first normal eating time、the first defecation time、the first exhaust time and the first unassisted getting out of bed activities in the study group were shorter,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of early enteral and parenteral nutrition support in the nursing care of elderly patients with colorectal cancer can effectively improve the postoperative nutritional status of patients,control their weight changes,promote patients'rehabilitation and improve nursing satisfaction.
