集束化护理在气道烧伤患者护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨对气道烧伤患者进行集束化护理的临床效果.方 选择 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 5 月东南大学附属中大医院烧整科收治的 68 例气道烧伤患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各 34 例.常规组应用常规护理,实验组应用集束化护理.对比两组患者血气指标、感染率和住院时间.结果 实验组患者护理后心率、PaCO2 均低于对照组,PaO2、SaO2 均高于常规组,P<0.05.实验组患者感染率低于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,P<0.05.结论 集束化护理在气道烧伤患者护理中的应用效果显著,可有效稳定患者血气指标,降低感染率,缩短住院时间.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cluster nursing for patients with airway burn.Methods:From January 2021 to May 2023,68 patients with airway burn admitted to the Burn Department of Zhongda Hospital affiliated to South-east University were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nurs-ing,while the experimental group was given cluster nursing.The blood gas index,infection rate and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the heart rate and PaCO2_of the patients in the experimen-tal group were lower than those in the control group,while PaO2 and SaO2_were higher than those in the routine group,P<0.05.The infection rate of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group,and the hospital-ization time was shorter than that in the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of cluster nursing in nursing care of patients with airway burn is remarkable,which can effectively stabilize the blood gas index of patients,re-duce the infection rate and shorten the hospitalization time.
