The Effect of Free Postural Nursing Model on the Quality of Delivery
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of personalized free posture nursing mode on maternal delivery quality.Methods:From March 2021 to March 2023,84 parturients in Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group according to simple random number table method,42 in each group.The control group was delivered in traditional posture,while the observation group was delivered in individualized free posture nursing mode.2 h postpartum hemorrhage、duration of la-bor、pain degree、pelvic floor muscle function and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of each labor process was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.After intervention,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Six weeks after the intervention,the pelvic floor muscle function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of mater-nal complications and fetal respiratory distress in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Personalized free posture nursing mode can reduce the amount of postpartum 2 h bleeding,shorten the duration of each labor process,relieve the degree of pain,and improve the pelvic floor muscle function and maternal and infant out-comes.
