不接触隔离技术配合护理在恶性肿瘤外科手术中的应用分析

摘要
目的 探讨分析不接触隔离技术配合护理在恶性肿瘤外科手术中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至2023 年 12 月扬州大学附属兴化人民医院收治 86 例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各 43 例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受不接触隔离技术配合护理.对比两组护理质量、并发症情况及护理满意度.结果 观察组护理质量各维度评分均高于对照组,P<0.05.观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 在恶性肿瘤外科手术中应用不接触隔离技术配合恰当的护理,可显著提升整体护理水平,降低术后并发症发生率,避免医源性肿瘤扩散风险,进而提高患者对护理服务的满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of non-contact isolation technology combined with nursing in malignant tumor surgery.Methods:Eighty-six patients with malignant tumor admitted to Xinghua People's Hospital affiliated to Yangzhou University from March 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the ob-servation group received non-contact isolation technology with nursing.The nursing quality、complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of non-contact isolation technology combined with proper nursing in malignant tumor surgery can significantly improve the overall nursing level,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,avoid the risk of iatrogenic tumor spread,and then improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
