摘要
目的 观察分析基于微信平台的延续性干预对糖尿病(DM)患者自我管理能力的影响.方法 随机选择 2020年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月兴化市中医院内分泌科DM患者 86 例,将其随机分为观察组(n=43 例,实施基于微信平台的延续性干预)与对照组(n=43 例,实施常规护理干预).比较自我管理能力(ESCA)、血糖(FPG、2h PBG、HbAlc水平)控制情况、生活质量(GQOLI-74)、依从性.结果 T1,观察组 ESCA、GQOLI-74 评分均较对照组高;观察组FPG、2h PBG、HbAlc均比对照组低;观察组依从性比对照组更高,均(P<0.05).结论 DM患者,行基于微信平台的延续性干预,促使自我管理能力提升,血糖值日渐稳定,生活能力、治疗依从性均有所改善,可应用.
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of continuous intervention based on wechat platform on the self-management ability of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods:A total of 86 DM patients admitted to the Endocri-nology Department of Xinghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(n=43 cases,continuous intervention based on wechat platform)and control group(n=43 cases,routine nursing intervention).Self-management ability(ESCA),blood glucose(FPG,2h PBG,HbAlc)control,quality of life(GQOLI-74)and compliance were compared.Results:T1,ESCA and GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.FPG,2h PBG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For DM patients,continuous intervention based on wechat platform can improve self-management ability,stabilize blood sugar value,improve life ability and treatment compliance,which can be applied.
