Application Value of Individualized Diet Nursing Combined with Dagaglizin in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To explore the effects of individualized diet nursing combined with Dapagliflozin on glucose and lipid metabolism, cardiac function and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Sixty patients with T2DM admit-ted to Ciyunzhong Hospital in Huilai County from January to October,2023 were selected as subjects.According to the drawing method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin sustained-release tablets, and the observation group was treated with Dapagliflozin.During the treatment, both groups received individualized diet care, and compared the blood sugar index、lipid metabolism、islet function、cardiac function and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the blood glucose in-dicators、insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)、serum leptin and APN levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the islet β cell function index(HOMA-β)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those in the control group, and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Individualized diet nursing combined with Dapagliflozin can effectively regulate the level of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with T2DM,and improve the cardiac function and islet function of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
