The Application Effect of Continuity of Care Intervention in Patients with Osteoporotic Fractures
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with osteoporosis fracture.Methods:Sixty patients with osteoporotic fractures admitted to the First People's Hospital of Huai'an City from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(given routine nursing)and study group(given continuous nursing intervention)according to different nursing methods,with 30 patients in each group.The degree of pain、activity of daily living and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the study group was lower and the ADL score was higher after nursing,P<0.05.Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention for patients with osteoporotic fracture can effectively reduce the degree of pain,en-hance the ability of daily living and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
