Effect of Nutritional Nursing on Nutritional Status And Quality of Life in Patients with Esophageal Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy
Objective:Exploring the Implementation Effect of Nutritional Nursing in Radiotherapy for Esophageal Cancer.Methods:Sixteen patients with esophageal cancer treated by radiotherapy in the First People's Hospital of Baiyin City,Gansu Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(taking routine care)and study group(taking nutritional care),with 8 cases in each group.The nutritional index,postoperative recovery index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of ALB、PA、Hb and TRF in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The postoperative recovery indicators of the research group were better than those of the control group,with P<0.05.After nursing,the score of WHOQOL-BREF in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nutritional nursing can improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer after radiotherapy,and promote postoperative recovery.
