Effect of Preoperative Nursing Visits on Perioperative Stress Response in Orthopedic Surgery Patients
Objective:To explore and analyze the influence of preoperative nursing visit on perioperative stress response of orthopedic patients.Methods:Sixty-eight orthopedic surgery patients admitted to Jiangyin Orthopedic Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The routine group received rou-tine perioperative care,and the experimental group was given preoperative nursing visit on this basis.The stress response and psychological emotion of the two groups were compared.Results:Before operation,the levels of C-reactive protein、cortisol and blood sugar were compared between the two groups,P>0.05;After operation,the levels of C-reactive pro-tein、cortisol and blood sugar in both groups increased,but the indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group,P<0.05.Before nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After nursing,the two scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Preop-erative nursing visit can effectively reduce perioperative stress response and improve patients'psychological mood.
