Study on the Application of the Move Couch Function of the Optical Surface Monitoring System in Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy for Brain Tumors
Objective:To explore the application effect of Move Couch function in optical body surface monitoring system(OSMS)in intensity modulated radiation therapy for brain tumors.Methods:group a used the function of marking line+OSMS+Move Couch,while group b used marking line+OSMS.25 CBCT scans were performed in both groups,and the six-dimensional error between CBCT and planned CT was calibrated and analyzed.Results:There were significant differences between group A and group B in the directions of elevation、yaw angle and pitch angle(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the direction of entrance and exit、left and right and turning angle(P>0.05).Conclusion:Marker line+OSMS+Move Couch function can reduce the setting error of brain tumor to sub-millimeter level.
