目的 研究分析人类DEPDC1B基因的表达与泛癌种的生物信息学相关性.方法 基于肿瘤基因组图谱计划(TCGA)及生物信息学的研究数据,分析DEPDC1B基因的表达,运用GEPIA 2数据库分析DEPDC1B基因与多种癌症生存率之间的相关性.结果 在TCGA肿瘤组织中筛选出17种与DEPDC1B基因相关的肿瘤,其中14种肿瘤与DEPDC1B的表达呈正相关,3种肿瘤与DEPDC1B的表达呈负相关;DEPDC1B在卵巢癌和胰腺癌中的蛋白表达高于正常组织.结论 DEPDC1B的基因表达变化及预后相关因素能为疾病的分子诊断与预后评估等提供依据.
Bioinformatics Study of Human DEPDC1B Gene Expression And Pan-cancer
Objective:To study and analyze the bioinformatics correlation between human DEPDC1B gene expression and pan-cancer species.Methods:Based on data from the Tumor Genome Atlas Project(TCGA)and bioinformat-ics studies,the expression of DEPDC1B gene was analyzed,and the correlation between the DEPDC1B gene and sur-vival of multiple cancers was analyzed using the GEPIA 2 database.Results:Seventeen tumors associated with DEP-DC1B gene were screened in TCGA tumor tissues,of which 14 tumors were positively correlated with the expres-sion of DEPDC1B,and 3 tumors were negatively correlated with the expression of DEPDC1B;the protein expression of DEPDC1B was higher than that of normal tissues in ovarian and pancreatic cancers.Conclusion:The gene expres-sion changes of DEPDC1B and prognostic related factors can provide the basis for molecular diagnosis and prognos-tic assessment of diseases.
