Comparison of the Performance of Latex Enhanced Immunoscattering Turbidimetry、Immunochromatography And Immunoturbidimetry for the Detection of Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein
Objective:To compare the performance of latex enhanced immunoscattering turbidimetry,immunochrom-atography and immunoturbidimetry for the detection of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods:The precision, accuracy and linearity of three detection methods(biochemical analyzer、dry immunoassay analyzer and blood cell analyzer)for detecting hs-CRP were analyzed and compared with DADE system. Results:The accu-racy of hs-CRP by emulsion enhanced immunoscattering turbidimetry, immunochromatography and immunoturbi-dimetry was 2.80%~14.51%,which was lower than that by DADE system.Passing-Bablok regression analysis showed that the correlation between immunoturbidimetry and DADE system was good, and the regression equation was Y=-0.15+1.01x.The correlation between immunochromatography and immunoscattering turbidimetry and DADE system was poor, with slopes of 1.18 and 0.73,respectively.Linear regression analysis showed that the R2of immunoturbidimetry was 0.998,while that of immunochromatography and immunoscattering turbidimetry was less than 0.99.The consistency of immunoturbidimetry and DADE system was higher than that of immunochromatog-raphy and immunoscattering turbidimetry,P<0.05.Conclusion:The properties of latex enhanced immunoscattering turbidimetry, immunochromatography and immunoturbidimetry for the detection of hs-CRP meet the require-ments of their respective manufacturers and can be used for clinical detection.
