The Value of Serum Creatinine、Cystatin-C、urea nitrogen and Urinaryβ2-microglobulin Tests in Early Kidney Injury in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To explore the clinical value of combined detection of serum creatinine、cystatin-C、urea ni-trogen and urine β2-microglobulin in the diagnosis of early renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:50 pa-tients with early renal injury of type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Yuelai Town Central Health Center in Haimen District of Nantong City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research group. At the same time,50 healthy physical examination personnel were selected as the control group.Serum creatinine、cystatin-C、urea nitrogen and urine β2-microglobulin were detected in both groups, and the levels of each index in the two groups were observed and compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection for early renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus was analyzed. Results:The levels of serum creatinine、cystatin-C、urea nitrogen and urine β2-microglobulin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,respectively,P<0.05.The sensitivity and accuracy of combined indexes in the diagnosis of early renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus were higher than those of individual indexes,P<0.05.The specificity of each index was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:The levels of serum creatinine、cystatin-C、urea nitrogen and urine β2-microglobulin in patients with early renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus are obviously increased.Combined index detection can effectively improve the diagnostic effi-ciency of early renal injury in type 2 diabetes.
