目的 探讨基于Delphi的放疗叫号系统开发设计及临床应用,旨在减少放射治疗患者不必要的等待时间,同时便于医生知晓患者定位情况,实现两次放疗计划执行的无缝衔接.方法 分别选取2021年、2022年于扬中市人民医院放疗中心接受放射治疗的患者,各200例,依次为对照组、观察组.在2022年,医院利用Delphi程序设计语言和ACCESS数据库开发一个适用于放疗科的叫号系统.通过完整的叫号来实现对放射治疗次数的绑定,完成对批量患者重新定位的提醒.观察组应用放疗叫号系统,对照组未应用.采集两组患者对有无使用放疗叫号系统的满意度得分.结果 对照组患者满意度得分(6.22±1.56)分,观察组患者满意度得分(7.85±1.31)分,两者对比,P<0.05.结论 放疗叫号系统在放射治疗患者中的应用可靠,具有很强的实用性,可低成本实现放疗科的网络化管理.
Development And Design of Radiation Calling System And Clinical Application Base on Delphi Programming Language
Objective:To explore the development,design and clinical application of radiotherapy paging system based on Delphi,aiming at reducing the unnecessary waiting time of radiotherapy patients,and at the same time fa-cilitating doctors to know the positioning of patients,so as to realize the seamless connection between the two radio-therapy plans.Methods:200 patients received radiotherapy in the radiotherapy center of Yangzhong People's Hospi-tal in 2021 and 2022,respectively,which were the control group and the observation group in turn.In 2022,the hos-pital developed a paging system suitable for radiotherapy department by using Delphi programming language and ACCESS database.Through the complete call to achieve the binding of the number of radiotherapy,complete the reminder of the relocation of batch patients.The observation group used radiotherapy calling system,while the con-trol group did not.The satisfaction scores of the two groups of patients with or without the use of radiotherapy call system were collected.Results:The score of patients'satisfaction in the control group was(6.22±1.56),while that in the observation group was(7.85±1.31),and the difference between them was,P<0.05.Conclusion:The appli-cation of radiotherapy paging system in radiotherapy patients is reliable and practical,which can realize the network management of radiotherapy department at low cost.
