Application Effect of Pre-Quality Control in Ensuring the Accuracy of Coagulation Test Results
Objective:To study the application effect of pre-quality control in ensuring the accuracy of coagulation test results.Methods:100 cases of blood test in Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different management methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional management measures,while the research group implemented pre-quality control.The quality of the two groups was compared,and the influence of different factors on the re-sults of coagulation research was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of inspection quality in the study group was higher,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The time of specimen placement、centrifuga-tion time、hemolysis or not and the amount of specimen collected will all affect the results of coagulation test.Through the implementation of pre-quality control,the accuracy and excellent rate of coagulation test results can be ensured.
