预防性质控联合公众号对医疗设备故障率及维修成本的影响研究

目的 探讨预防性质控联合公众号对医疗设备故障率及维修成本的影响.方法 选择2019年5月至2020年5月荆门市第一人民医院实施常规管理的109台医疗设备作为对照组,选取2020年6月至2021年6月医院实施预防性质控联合公众号管理的109台医疗设备作为研究组.观察分析两组设备的故障率、有效利用率、维修成本及管理质量.结果 与对照组相比,研究组的设备故障率显著更低,有效利用率更高,P<0.05.研究组设备的故障次数较对照组少,平均维修费较对照组低,P<0.05.经过管理,研究组设备的定期质控、设备维护、设备利用及设备清洁评分均较对照组高,P<0.05.结论 预防性质控与公众号联合实施可显著减少医疗设备故障,降低维修成本,提高医疗设备有效利用率,改善设备管理质量.
Study on the Influence of Preventive Quality Control Joint Public Number on the Failure Rate And Maintenance Cost of Medical Equipment
Objective:To explore the influence of preventive quality control combined with WeChat official account on the failure rate and maintenance cost of medical equipment.Methods:109 medical devices in the First People's Hos-pital of Jingmen from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the control group,and 109 medical devices in the hos-pital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research group.Observe and analyze the failure rate、effec-tive utilization rate、maintenance cost and management quality of the two groups of equipment.Results:Compared with the control group,the equipment failure rate of the study group was significantly lower and the effective utiliza-tion rate was higher,P<0.05.The number of equipment failures in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the average maintenance cost was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.After management,the regular quality control、equipment maintenance、equipment utilization and equipment cleaning scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Preventive quality control combined with WeChat official account can significantly reduce medical equipment failures,reduce maintenance costs,improve the effective utilization rate of medical equipment and improve the quality of equipment management.
