The Application Study of Full Course Nursing And Multi Channel Sleep Monitor Monitoring in Non invasive Respiratory Therapy for Sleep Apnea Syndrome
Objective:To observe the application effect of whole-course nursing and polysomnography in the treat-ment of sleep apnea syndrome with noninvasive ventilator. Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,60 pa-tients with sleep apnea syndrome treated by noninvasive ventilator were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and experimental group(whole course nursing),with 30 patients in each group. Both groups were monitored by polysomnography, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The monitoring indexes of sleep quality and the scores of SDS、SAS、basic vital signs and PSQI after nursing in the ex-perimental group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The success rate of one-time monitoring in experimental group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Full-course nursing can effectively improve the monitoring indexes of sleep quality, reduce the stimulation to patients'psychology and basic vital signs caused by treatment, improve the success rate of one-time monitoring and improve the sleep quality of patients during the monitoring period of patients with sleep apnea syndrome treated by non-invasive ventilator.
