Analysis of the Effects of Biofeedback Power-Assisted Electrical Stimulation applied in Limb Training
Objective:To explore the application effect of biofeedback assisted electrical stimulation in limb training.Methods:116 patients with upper and lower limb dysfunction caused by stroke in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into observation group(59 cases)and control group(57 cases). The control group was treated with acupuncture, while the observation group was treated with biofeedback-assisted electrical stimulation. The therapeutic effect, lower limb motor function and pa-tient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.10%in the observation group and 70.69%in the control group, and the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment, the curative effect score and satisfaction score of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment, the curative effect score and patient satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment, the ankle joint FMA score and dorsiflexion range FMA score were compared between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment, the ankle joint FMA score and dorsiflexion range FMA score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Biofeedback assisted electrical stimulation can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and limb function and motor function in the treatment of upper and lower limb dysfunction caused by stroke.
