应用智媒体平台对膝关节病PRP治疗患者进行随访的效果研究

目的 评估应用智媒体平台对膝关节病PRP治疗患者进行随访的效果.方法 选择2022年8月至2023年10月期间韶关市第一人民医院收治的74例膝关节病患者,根据自愿原则分为实验组(PRP治疗+智媒体随访,24例)、对照1组(仅智媒体随访,25例)和对照2组(仅PRP治疗,25例).对比三组膝关节疼痛改善情况与治疗依从性.结果 治疗后随访发现,三组NRS评分均显著低于治疗前,实验组NRS评分显著优于对照1组、对照2组,P<0.05.随访显示,实验组和对照1组在定时服药、饮食控制、运动康复及定时复查方面的依从性均明显高于对照2组,P<0.05.结论 PRP可显著降低膝关节病患者的疼痛程度,智媒体平台的应用可显著提高患者依从性,提升随访效率与管理效果.
Study on the Effect of Follow-up of Patients with Knee Joint Disease Treated with PRP by Using Intelligent Media Platform
Objective:Toevaluate the effect of follow-up of patients with knee joint disease treated by PRP with in-telligent media platform.Methods:Seventy-four patients with knee joint disease admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shaoguan City from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group(PRP treatment+intelligent media follow-up,24 cases)、control group 1(intelligent media follow-up only,25 ca-ses)and control group 2(PRP treatment only,25 cases)according to the principle of voluntariness.The improve-ment of knee pain and treatment compliance of the three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,it was found that the NRS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the NRS scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2,P<0.05.Follow-up showed that the compliance of the experimental group and the control group in taking medi-cine regularly、diet control、exercise rehabilitation and regular review was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:PRP can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients with knee joint disease,and the application of intelligent media platform can significantly improve patient compliance and improve follow-up efficiency and management effect.
