基于药理学分析丹紫康膝合剂对膝骨关节炎炎性反应的抑制作用及潜在影响

目的 运用药理学分析丹紫康膝合剂对膝骨关节炎炎性反应的抑制作用及潜在影响.方法 在TCMSP数据库中搜索丹紫康膝合剂的化学成分,选出活性成分,获取潜在靶点.利用Genecards数据库搜索膝骨关节炎靶点基因.对化合物与疾病靶点进行对比整合,并进行"丹紫康膝冲剂-靶标-疾病-基因"的GO与KEGG富集分析.结果 丹紫康膝合剂中含398种成分,对应6428个基因靶点,筛选后得到296个关键靶点.Venn分析显示,与KOA疾病相关的交集靶点有140个,这些靶点涉及补益肝肾、活血化瘀、祛寒胜湿等,共有1967个潜在作用靶点.结论 丹紫康膝合剂可减缓膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者软骨组织的退行性改变,促进软骨细胞修复和再生,并可抑制炎症细胞因子产生,为中医药治疗软骨损伤提供新思路和理论依据.
Based on Pharmacological Analysis the Inhibitory Effect And Potential Effect of Danzikang Knee Mixture on the Inflammatory Response of Knee Osteoarthritis were Analyzed
Objective:To pharmacologically analyze the inhibitory effect and potential effect of Danzikang knee mix-ture on the inflammatory response of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The chemical components of Danzikang knee mixture were searched in the TCMSP database,and the active ingredients were selected to obtain potential targets.The Genecards database was used to search for target genes for knee osteoarthritis.The compounds were compared and integrated with the disease targets,and the GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of"Danzikang Knee Powder-Target-Disease-Gene"was carried out.Results:Danzikang knee mixture contained 398 components,correspond-ing to 6428 gene targets.After screening,296 key targets were obtained.Venn analysis showed that there were 140 intersecting targets associated with KO A disease.These targets involve nourishing the liver and kidney、invigorat-ing blood and removing blood stasis、dispelling cold and dampness,etc.,with a total of 1967 potential targets.Con-clusion:Danzikang knee mixture can slow down the degenerative changes of KOA cartilage tissue,promote the re-pair and regeneration of chondrocytes,and inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines,which provides new ide-as and theoretical basis for the treatment of cartilage injury in traditional Chinese medicine,and has important social significance in clinical application.
