The Therapeutic Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Scalp Acupuncture on Anxiety And Depression in Patients with Motor Aphasia after Stroke
Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with scalp acupuncture on anxiety and de-pression in patients with motor aphasia after stroke.Methods:Eighty stroke patients with motor aphasia accompa-nied with anxiety and depression were selected from June 2020 to June 2023 in Wuhan Hankou Hospital and ran-domly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received med-ication and routine speech rehabilitation training,while the treatment group received hyperbaric oxygen combined with scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The improvement of aphasia、anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the BDAE rating of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P＜0.05.After 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the treatment group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with scalp acupunc-ture can significantly improve the language function of patients with motor aphasia after stroke and relieve their negative emotions.
