数字化技术联合翻转课堂及CBL教学模式在口腔修复医师规范化培训中的应用效果

目的 探讨分析数字化技术联合翻转课堂及CBL教学模式在口腔修复医师规范化培训中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年7月至2022年7月期间在航天中心医院接受规培的40名口腔修复医学生,依照教学模式的不同随机分为实验组和对照组,每组20名.对照组采用传统规培教学模式,实验组采用数字化技术联合翻转课堂及CBL教学模式.培训结束后,对比两组医学生考核结果和教学质量.结果 培训结束后,实验组学生随堂检测、理论考核、操作考核成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组学生在激发学习兴趣、自学能力、理论知识掌握、实操技术、团队协调能力和总体满意度方面的得分也高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 在口腔修复医师规范化培训中采用数字化技术联合翻转课堂及CBL教学模式,可提高学生对口腔修复专业知识和操作技能的掌握程度,帮助学生实现自我价值,提高学生的信心和积极性.
Evaluation of the Application Effect of Digital Technology Combined with Flipped Classroom And CBL Teaching Mode in Standardized Training of Dental Restoration Physicians
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of digital technology combined with flipping class-room and CBL teaching mode in standardized training of prosthodontists.Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,40 students of prosthodontics in Space Center Hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different teaching modes,with 20 students in each group.The control group adopts the tradition-al regulated teaching mode,while the experimental group adopts digital technology to jointly flip the classroom and CBL teaching mode.After the training,the examination results and teaching quality of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results:After the training,the students in the experimental group had higher scores in classroom test、theoretical assessment and operational assessment than those in the control group,P<0.05.Students in the experimental group scored higher than those in the control group in stimulating learning interest、self-study ability、mastering theoretical knowledge、practical skills、team coordination ability and overall satisfac-tion,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of digital technology combined with flipped classroom and CBL teaching mode in standardized training for dental restoration physicians can improve students'mastery of professional knowledge and operational skills in dental restoration,and help them realize self-worth,enhance their confidence and positivity.
