Effect of Antibacterial Drug Management in Promoting Rational Use of Antibacterials in Hospitals
Objective:To study the effect of antibacterial drug management in promoting rational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals.Methods:80 patients who were treated with antibacterial drugs from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into reference group and study group by lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group used drugs according to the doctor's advice,and the research group managed antibacterial drugs on this basis.The rational drug use rate,adverse drug reactions、management effect and curative effect satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The rational rate of combined medication、method、opportunity、dosage and category of medication in the reference group was lower than that in the research group,P＜0.05.The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the reference group was higher than that in the study group,P＜0.05.The proportion of antibacterial drugs used in the reference group was higher than that in the research group,and the time of drug use,hospitalization time and drug cost were higher than that in the research group,P＜0.05.The curative effect satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the research group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Antibacterial drug management in the application of antibacterial drugs in hospitals is condu-cive to improving the rationality of antibacterial drug use,improving management effect,reducing adverse drug reac-tions and improving patients'satisfaction with curative effect.
