Clinical Observation of Endovascular Interventional Embolization in the Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysms
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of endovascular interventional embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm(IA).Methods:100 patients with IA admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital(the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University)from March 2023 to March 2024 were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was trea-ted with aneurysm clipping operation, while the observation group was treated with intravascular interventional em-bolization.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the degree of embolism in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,P<0.05.On 14th day after operation, the vascu-lar endothelial indexes NO、ET-1 and VEGF in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the scores of NIHSS、Rankin and SF-36 were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In-travascular interventional embolization can effectively improve the degree of embolization, optimize vascular endo-thelial index、neurological function and quality of life of patients with IA.
