Objective:To study the clinical effect of sublingual desensitization with dermatophagoides farinae in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods:A total of 78 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in Panzhou Peo-ple's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and observation group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group re-ceived sublingual desensitization treatment with Dermatophagoides farinae drops.Clinical symptom score、TMS、VAS score、lung function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical symptom score、TMS and VAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group, and the lung function index was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of sublingual desensitization treatment with dust mite drops is better for patients with allergic rhini-tis.
