Exploration of the Prevention Effect of Complications in Long-Term Hemodialysis Patients Using Different Puncture Methods
Objective:To compare the preventive effects of different puncture methods on complications of long-term hemodialysis patients. Methods:From February 2023 to October 2023,80 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent maintenance hemodialysis with arteriovenous fistula as vascular access in Fengxian People's Hospi-tal were selected and divided into control group and study group according to digital random table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group used regional puncture for internal fistula, while the study group used rope ladder puncture. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The success rate of one-time puncture in the study group was higher than that in the control group, but the time required for a single puncture was longer than that in the control group,P<0.05.The total incidence of complications in the study group was low-er than that in the control group,P<0.05.After nursing, the comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The rope ladder method is more effective in the puncture of internal fistula in mainte-nance hemodialysis patients, with fewer complications and high patient satisfaction.
