The Analgesic Effect of Mison Combined with Ropivacaine for Thoracic Paraspinal Nerve Block in Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Lobectomy
Objective:Study on the analgesic effect of dexamethasone combined with ropivacaine thoracic paraverte-bral block in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods:The selected subjects were patients who un-derwent thoracoscopic lobectomy.A total of 100 patients were selected, all of whom were admitted to Panzhou Peo-ple's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023.They were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given ropivacaine, and the study group was given dexametha-sone combined with ropivacaine for thoracic paravertebral nerve block. The rest pain score(VAS),the use of anal-gesic drugs, the incidence of adverse reactions and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups at different time points after operation. Results:The rest VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at different time points after operation,P<0.05.Compared with the control group, the average dos-age of remifentanil in the study group was less, the time of pressing the analgesic pump for the first time after oper-ation was longer, the effective times of pressing the analgesic pump were less at 48 hours after operation, the inci-dence of adverse reactions was lower, and the recovery time after operation was shorter,P<0.05.Compared with the inflammatory factors before anesthesia induction,P>0.05;Six hours after operation, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of dexametha-sone combined with ropivacaine thoracic Used, with fast postoperative recovery, mild inflammatory response, and high safety for patients.
