Early Activity Combined with Positive Psychological Intervention for Acquired Weakness in Patients with MV in ICU
Objective:Analysis of early activities combined with positive psychological care to prevent MV in ICU pa-tients with acquired weakness.Methods:The ICU of Taixing Second People's Hospital admitted 110 MV patients from January 2022 to December 2023.Control group(n=55)routine nursing,observation group(n=55)engage in early activities while using positive psychological techniques,to assess the degree of anxiety and fear,rehabilitation enthusiasm,the rate of acquired asthenia.Results:After intervention,the scores of anxiety and fear in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.In terms of rehabilitation enthusiasm,the scores of positive behavior and rehabilitation cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of giving up behavior were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of acquired weakness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early ac-tivities combined with active psychological intervention can improve the psychological status and rehabilitation en-thusiasm of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation,and reduce the risk of acquired weakness.
