Effect of Open Reduction And Internal Fixation Combined with Ligament Repair on Ankle Function in Patients with Ankle Fracture And Triangular Ligament Injury
Objective:To study the effect of open reduction and internal fixation combined with ligament repair on an-kle function in patients with ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury. Methods:From January 2021 to January 2024,80 patients with ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury in Yichang Central People's Hospital of Hubei Province were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with different surgical schemes, and the perioperative indicators、ankle recovery、ankle function、pain、quality of life and complications were compared. Results:The operation time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The intraoperative blood loss between the two groups was compared,P>0.05;After the operation, the ankle joint recovery, ankle function score and pain score in the observa-tion group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.After operation, the quality of life score of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:After open reduction and internal fixation combined with ligament re-pair for patients with ankle fracture and triangular ligament injury, their ankle function can be effectively improved, pain can be alleviated, quality of life can be improved, rehabilitation can be accelerated, and the safety is good.
