Changes And Significance of Homocysteine Levels in Patients with H-type Hypertension And Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To analyze the changes of homocysteine(Hcy)level in patients with H-type hypertension complicated with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and the influencing factors of prognosis. Methods:From April 2019 to April 2021,260 patients with H-type hypertension were selected, including 125 patients with H-type hyperten-sion complicated with AIS(group A)and 135 patients with pure H-type hypertension(group B).According to the prognosis, group A was divided into two subgroups:good prognosis group(69 cases)and poor prognosis group(56 cases).100 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the hospital outpatient department at the same time were selected(control group). All patients were given routine treatment, and the prognosis of patients with H-type hypertension complicated with AIS was analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression. Results:The serum Hcy levels in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the serum Hcy level in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,P<0.05.The age、NIHSS score and Hcy level of patients with good prognosis were significantly lower than those with poor prognosis,P<0.05.Conclusion:Serum Hcy level in patients with H-type hypertension is significantly higher than that in normal people, especially in patients with AIS.In patients with H-type hypertension complicated with AIS,age,NIHSS score and Hcy level are important influencing factors for their poor prognosis,so it is necessary to actively control their blood pressure level and give treatment to reduce Hey to improve their prognosis.
