Study on the Effect of Meticulous Nursing to Prevent Hyperperfusion Syndrome after Intracranial Artery Stent Implantation
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of meticulous nursing on preventing hyperperfusion syndrome af-ter intracranial artery stent implantation. Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,200 patients with in-tracranial artery stent implantation in the Third Hospital of Xingtai City,Hebei Province were selected, and 100 pa-tients in 2020 served as the control group and 100 patients in 2021 served as the observation group. The control group took routine nursing, and the observation group took fine nursing.Nursing satisfaction、pain、hospitalization expenses、comfort and the occurrence of hyperperfusion syndrome were compared between the two groups. Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with lower pain score and hospitalization expenses, higher GCQ score and lower scores of hyperperfusion syndrome,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of meticulous nursing in patients after intracranial artery stent implantation has a significant effect, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of hyperperfusion syndrome, relieve pain, improve comfort and enhance nursing satisfaction.
