Application Effect of Cluster Nursing in Multi-channel Nursing of Patients Undergoing Otorhinolaryngology Head And Neck Surgery
Objective:To analyze the application effect of bundled nursing in multi-tube nursing for ear,nose,throat,and head and neck surgery patients.Methods:The research time was determined as January 2023 to Decem-ber 2023,and the research subjects were 80 ear,nose,throat,and head and neck surgery patients selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.They were randomly divided into the control group(40 ca-ses)and the observation group(40 cases).The selection of research subjects was 80 ear,nose,throat,and head and neck surgery patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University during the period,and the order of the research subjects was randomly shuffled and divided equally into the control group and the observa-tion group,each with 40 cases.In the control group,the conventional tube nursing model was used in the process of nursing work,and in the observation group,bundled nursing was added on top of the control group's model.The specific situation of the two groups in terms of complications and nursing satisfaction was compared.Results:In terms of the overall effect of complications,the overall effect of the observation group was better(P＜0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was more ideal(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The applica-tion of bundled nursing in multi-tube nursing for ear,nose,throat,and head and neck surgery patients can signifi-cantly reduce the risk of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families.
